Instructor Membership Renewal

Coaching membership. It has an insurance element that allows a member to instruct while the membership is valid.
This is the yearly renewal fee for being an instructor or assistant instructor. 
You must be aged 18 or over and at least a 3rd Kyu (blue belt) to apply for this type of membership.
Only Dan grades can be instructors, Kyu grades are assistant instructors.
A form needs to be completed if personal details have changed.
The fee needs to be passed directly to a coach. 
An instructor must have valid current DBS clearance
